Solene Hair is the studio of Sotheavy Tey — a Certified IBE® stylist and blonde specialist with 16 years of experience, based at Phillip DePalma Salon in Framingham, Massachusetts.
She specializes in custom color — lived-in blonde, balayage, and dimensional color — and in hair extensions, including Certified Invisible Bead Extensions, hand-tied and butterfly wefts, and K-tip.
